1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SayShow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SayShow. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

3. AI-Generated Content

SayShow uses artificial intelligence to generate short drama videos. You understand that:

• AI-generated content may contain unexpected or unpredictable elements
• You retain ownership of the creative input you provide
• SayShow grants you a license to use and share AI-generated videos created through your account
• SayShow may use anonymized generation data to improve the service

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent payment or credit systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5. User Content and Copyright

Your Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish any text, images, or other content you input into SayShow. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

AI-Generated Content. AI-generated videos are created automatically based on your input. SayShow does not pre-screen, monitor, or claim ownership over AI outputs. However, if you input copyrighted material (such as novels, books, articles, or third-party text/images) without authorization, you may be liable for copyright infringement. SayShow is a tool provider, not a publisher — you assume all legal responsibility for the content you create.

DMCA. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, contact us at copyright@sayshow.tv with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing content on SayShow, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief. We will promptly investigate and remove infringing content.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play). Subscription terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation, are disclosed at the point of purchase. All sales are final unless required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

SayShow and its branding are owned by us. You retain rights to your original input. AI-generated output is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You grant SayShow a non-exclusive license to display your public content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including issues with AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
